Consulting, training, technical inspection/verification, and repair of Oshkosh MRAP vehicle at RedRiver Army Depot. Manage the day-to-day operations and provided field service support and consulting to military personnel and civilian contractors involved in the initial fielding; maintenance, training, and overall life cycle of the MATV variant of MRAP vehicles.Key Results:Identify and research specific vehicle issues found within the Afghanistan theater and stateside locations. Seek out creative ways to minimize future problems. Directly responsible for the application and instructional method of the MATV Maintenance and Operator training curriculum and use.Selected Contributions:•Advised, monitored and directed the movement of over 90 instructors across the Afghanistan Theater of operation. Encouraged and mentored 8 Oshkosh Instructors as Senior Instructors / Site Lead at MRAP University, Red River Army Depot.
