I manage the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Division, Implementing the SWPPP that I write and manage the implementation of BMP's ( Best Management Practices) to best protect the storm drainage, channels and water ways to our Lakes (Lake Mead) and rivers (Colorado River).I also manage a fleet of street sweepers and water trucks for construction clean up together with hot water pressure washers for sidewalks and parking lot structures, degreasing using environmentally safe products, following the State and Federal regulations.I am also the Safety Director of over 330 employees managing all the documentation for OSHA, training and implementing the safety standards of our companies strict safety regulations through on site safety inspections and pre-employment safety training. I keep a tight ship when lives are a stake.

My responsibilities include all safety documentation for 330+ employees, OSHA compliances and record keeping. Project inspections for Hazard analysis and PPE implementation, safety training for new employees and retraining if needed.My responsibilities with Fleet management includes all services/ repairs for company vehicles and equipment. Documentation and cost analysis for entire fleet. Recommendations for retiring/selling equipment and vehicles and recommendations for purchasing new vehicles and equipment. On the job inspections and training on equipment.

Managing a fleet of 3 Large hydro seeders, 2 smaller hydro seeders and soil/dust application tankers. I managed the project costing, budgets, hazards, crews, product ordering and execution of large desert restoration projects such as: Hoover Dam, Kern River Pipeline, Trans Western Pipeline. Re-developing hydro seeding products to best suite the harsh Mojave Desert environment and helped develop the desert pavement patina reclamation that was used on the Hoover Dam Bypass, Lake Mead Pump Station and Burrow Creek Overpass in Arizona, not to mention the beautiful Wolf Creek Pass road widening, best known as Big Meadows Project.
