Leading the strategic athlete & influencer marketing activation plans- Drive effective short and long-term communication plans for adidas contracted partners (athletes & artists) with the aim to maximize brand and product exposure- Develop activation plans for scheduled events, seasonal campaigns and reactive opportunities (including product and career milestones, key fixtures, cultural events…)- Influencer marketing : lead digital influence strategy. Identify and secure collaboration opportunities with content creators across all social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, YouTube...)- Editorial and content planning : Craft and communicate authentic and compelling stories that ensures engagement across social platforms and in key media.- Management : Manage two direct reports and external agencies

Leading the social media strategy for adidas Football, Tennis and team sports in France - Land brand moments and product campaigns with impact by maximizing latest, relevant platform formats, innovative experiences- Media planning : Ownership of the paid social strategy (planning and publishing)- Content creation : Lead the production of premium and impactful contents (incl. visuals, videos diverse creative assets (videos, key visuals…)- Create brand connections with consumers at scale via innovative experiences and community management- Key projects : EURO 2016, World Cup 2018, Global athletes tour (Zinedine Zidane, Paul Pogba, David Beckham, Karim Benzema...)
