Role Responsibilities:1. Production Planning and Management: - Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization. - Develop production plans, budgets, and timelines according to production specifications. - Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.2. Work Flow and Scheduling: - Plan workflow and schedules for production departments. - Monitor production status to ensure timely delivery. - Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly to meet deadlines.3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: - Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.4. Process Evaluation and Improvement: - Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements. - Assist in new product development and enhancements.5. Quality Assurance: - Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.6. Resource Determination: - Determine the equipment, materials, and manpower required to complete production.7. Issue Resolution: - Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.8. Employee Management: - Assist in employee hiring, training, and performance evaluation.9. Daily Coordination: - Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.

Quality Control: - Ensure that all coatings and finishes meet quality standards and customer specifications. - Inspect finished products for consistency, coverage, and defects.3. Process Management: - Develop and implement procedures for powder coating and spray painting. - Monitor the coating and painting processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to protocols.4. Equipment Maintenance: - Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of coating and painting equipment. - Schedule regular inspections and repairs to avoid equipment downtime.5. Safety Compliance: - Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. - Conduct safety training sessions and ensure that all team members follow safety guidelines.6. Inventory Management: - Manage inventory levels of coating materials, paints, and other supplies. - Order and stock materials as needed to prevent production delays.7. Troubleshooting: - Identify and resolve issues related to coating and painting processes. - Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems.8. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain records of production output, quality control, and equipment maintenance. - Prepare and submit reports to management on production metrics and any issues encountered.9. Process Improvement: - Continuously seek ways to improve coating and painting processes. - Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.10. Customer Interaction: - Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met. - Address customer complaints and work towards resolving any issues related to coating and painting.
