Background: In June 2012, Tiburon/Gores Group purchased Total's RMS/CAD application where Vincent was asked to serve as SVP of the product. Shortly thereafter, Vincent was promoted to COO where he played an instrumental role in the acquisition of Tiburon to TriTech.
