• Build the foundations and set-up scalable people processes, metrics and strategies from scratch for a rapidly growing early-stage tech-startup operating globally from day one• Create a mission appropriate, progressive and fair compensation + benefits strategy and model that incentivizes, motivates, attracts and retains talents• Lead and implement change management process after evaluation of first year• Cultivate a distinctive value driven work-culture - and help create an inclusive, thriving and diverse community that contributes to its own improvement with every decision, process, and program• Draft proposals and applications for funding opportunities• Leveraging the bright minds of the collective by translating input using surveys, interactive workshops and retreat activities, into actionable initiatives that engage• Conduct interviews for team lead positions• Ensure the on-going personal growth of all team members through implementing growth-plans, individual coaching and promoting life-long learning• Own and ship a broad variety of off- and onsite team activities including werewolf-game nights, reflection breakfasts and team retreats• Provide all-round legal expertise, identifying partnerships and managing the development of new projects through special research, data analysis, and data collection
