As a fresh full stack developer breaking into the Web3 space I am excited to contribute to the future of the internet. Looking to do so by collaborating in a diverse team, solving complex problems, while learning from each other. True change is fuelled by innovation and I aspire to commit my time and skills to be a part of smart collectives that save the world. Driven by my goal to build a better world, I am eager to continue coding and expanding my skills. While working my way through law school, honing my abilities to connect the dots and see the bigger picture, I started my career in healthcare. In the most people-centric environment possible I came to realise that helping clients unlock their true potential is both rewarding and a unique challenge at the same time.My next step was to broaden my knowledge and doing a second masters in International Development. With a solid legal training, experience in hands-on people development and armed with a global change-maker mindset I jumped into my next adventure: building an early-stage tech-startup in North Africa. Using technology as a driving force to leverage impact. As part of the leadership team and the responsible for the people function, I helped scale the business to 35 employees within the first year.I believe that throwing myself out of my comfort-zone, by working in various industries accelerates my learning and allows me to come with fresh input. After a beautiful year of trying out teaching (childhood dream- not for me it turns out), and fully focusing on music as a DJ (adult dream, still floating on the awesomeness), I moved to The Hague amidst covid-lockdowns to help a transitioning corporate by specialising in Onboarding and Learning & Development for a global market leader in operational risk management software. Recently I moved to Hong Kong where I continue to work as a DJ and I graduated with Xccelerate doing their fulltime web development bootcamp.
