A. Mentoring I mentor 25 mentee remotely in a study group named UI Masterminds. The session is being held twice a week. We start with study unit and continue with practice session. I always encourage student participation to try and learn by doing using pop quiz, role play, workshops, and kahoot. I also brand my principle in class with a slogan "I ♥ Msitake". Intentionally using wrong spelling to further encourage student to try and break free from rigid classroom culture.B. Live Session SpeakerI teach twice in online live session with 200 participants for 2 hours each. I use power point with 90% images and 10% text. I read less, and deliver value more. Here, I also encourage mentee participation by using multiple choice quiz that could be answered with Zoom Emote. I also encourage discussion by asking student a study case type questions for them criticize. I like to intentionally make mistake and ask the student where the mistake is and how we can solve them with principles given beforehand.
