Analyzes utilization and effectiveness of plans to ensure future plan designs are cost effective and beneficial for employees.- Ensures that the organization is align with HR compliance, audits, and HR legal matters. Develop, revise, and implement policies to comply with local, state, and global ordinances.- Business partner to the Engineering, Marketing, and Product organizations. Partners with management to advise and coach them on employee relations concerns. Advises Revenue and Data Science organizations on people management issues.- Facilitates and creates employee/management development sessions alongside mandatory trainings.- Works closely with the local People Operations Managers to execute HR initiatives in SF, LA, and NYC locations. Supervises an HRIS Analyst, HR Coordinator, and Payroll contractors.- Runs payroll for 12+ states in Workday, including global payroll for Canada and Ukraine via Deel. Show less
