Plan and execute yearly marketing strategy reaching internal and external publics. Revamped brand look-and-feel in 2012 and rolled out creatives in print and electronic media. Create and manage the "Jingle Challenge" campaign. Manage social media (eg. Facebook, Pinterest) content. Maintain web content and directed the redesign / revamp of the site.

Worked with owner to develop a brand for Trifecta Communications; a design firm seeking to bring the value of an in-house firm to small- to medium-sized companies.Helped establish and provide print and web services to existing clients, while developing new account.

Established and managed an in-house design firm serving the companies of Bridgeport Holdings; including Bridgeport Development Group (Home Building), Choices for Life Foster Care (Human Services / Therapeutic Foster Care) and Bridgeport Lending (Mortgage Lending).Supervised 1-3 designers (eg. graphic designers and / or interns), as D'sign House served both internal and external clients (ie. beyond Bridgeport Holdings).

Designed identity system for several residential developments and new home building divisions within Bridgeport Development Group; a company of Bridgeport Holdings.Directed the marketing of each brand through unifying collateral (from print to web).

Designed promotional materials for both print and web.

Started interning at the agency and thereafter, hired as a freelance designer and had the opportunity to work with Art Directors and other designers on various projects.

Designed print ads and coordinate the placement of ads in the campus newspaper.
