I promote our approach of recruitment via pro-active actions and a clear and convincing communication addressed to high level interlocutors: Directors, CEO’s, HR Managers, Business Partners,…I take part in the definition of our development strategy, identifying potential markets and partners.I lead the sales process at every step: initial contact, understanding of the needs and wants of our partners to be, offers, commercial negotiation and signature.I develop and structure the commercial and communication actions of the company.In doing so, I always work in close collaboration with the business manager and the consultants.
