Key Responsibilities- Provide technical IT support to all internal end-user in person or remotely with ticketing system (Freshservice)- Hardwares and softwares configuration, deployment and relocation- Systems monitoring and cloud-based email management administration- Asset managment (laptops, desktops, printers, cellphones, computer peripherals etc.)- Access management on different banking platforms and file systems- Provide assistance to the cybersecurity team on different requests and projects- Provide user training on different softwaresCybersecurity related responsibilities and projects- Actively monitoring the systems with EDR tool such as M365 Defender- Identity & Access Management across different platforms, periodic audit of network folders access (DLP)- Assist the cybersecurity team on incident response requests and preparation for monthly phishing campaign- Reviewing network vulnerability scanner reports on servers and switches- Update Vulnerability tracker report by locating CVE details from NIST website- Microsoft Denfender allow/blocked tenant list management- MFA deployment across 18 branches (biometrics and hard token)

Chanel – (Secondment client) - Provide tier 1 and 2 supports to users from different departments based on a ticket system - Identifying and troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues (Win, MacOS) - Video conference setup MUFG Securities Asia Limited – (Secondment client) - Support operation tech batch jobs by providing tier 1 and 2 supports to ensure SLAs are met - Daily operation supports to Compliance and Settlement team on trade details retrieval, regulation policies - Liaise with vendors support upon system failures - Provide assistance support on business projects

Support the integration of a new system for accurate staff attendance record in Hong Kong International Airport worksite.

Promote new products to customers as well as providing technical support to users when required.
