I am responsible for the financial audits of regulated and non-regulated Alternative Investment vehicles, and to a lesser extent UCITS funds.I am Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé and have developed a sound knowledge in the Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements, including accounting principles, auditing standards, risk management, compliance and internal control processes. I am also involved in the hiring process of experienced profiles in the audit practise, to recruit the best people and to meet our business objectives.I am deeply involved in the management and the development of the staff, responsible for the coordination, and the supervision of human resources. I also serve as course developer and instructor for trainings, providing solutions in both technical and soft skills, accompanying people through their professional path and development needs.
