Vincent owned and operated a coaching center that was dedicated to teaching men, women and children to access their peak states of mind and body, through a clear and thorough understanding of how their physiological movements and the sequence of their thoughts would allow them to quickly improve their performance. He is known by many psychologists as one of the most effective people at helping others move beyond their anxiety when no one else had been able to help them. For this reason, many refer their clients/patients to Vince when they have hit the end of the road and don't know what to do. He also worked in conjunction with the United States Navy, offering consulting to those connected with the Mental Health Department, and did consulting for local psychologists/therapists.Inner Resources provided cutting edge training for businesses, and the United States Navy Medical Staff at the Naval Hospital in Guam.Vincent operated Inner Resources, LLC in Guam until leaving to return to the states.

After exiting the Navy, Vincent had the honor of serving as the Head Day Shift Nurse for an Assisted Living Center in Rancho Bernardo, CA, owned by the Marriott. He worked in this position until his wife-a Naval Medical Officer-received orders to the Naval Hospital in Guam, USA.
