Until 2010 I was a professional chef de rang specialized in customer and table management. Because of my ambition, I put this profession aside to follow my dreams. Initially, it was very difficult but, over time, I realized that this hard choice was my great fortune.I have always had passion for working with children, especially those with fewer possibilities.These passions overwhelmed me when I was a child. At the age of 11 I started organizing tournaments (including prizes and medals) for children in my neighborhood. I was not satisfied with a simple game: I needed to manage the activity.After the thesis in "Organizing sport events", I started looking for work both on the internet and in my city. In 2012, I received two job offers: the first from UEFA, becoming volunteer in organizing football matches for the European Football Tournament in Ukraine; the second as an educator for a Social-Education Center that works with minors with difficulties in the city where I live, Gravina in Puglia. Choose was not easy: I chose to work at the Social-Educational center because this job had more than the UEFA one, the work with children. After seven years, I am the manager of the Center where I started to work, since Aprile '19 I am the manager of a new Center in a nearby city, Santeramo and I'm about to finish my first three-year mandate as a member of the EOS' Cooperative Board of Directors that manages Cooperativa EOS.In the last three years I have trained more than 15 workers . I started the sports management University and I'm starting my first experience exporting high quality culinary products.After winning most of my life challenges, only one left to deal with: improve my professionalism in the United States. I opened my Linkedin profile for this reason: show my skills to American companies and build more skills in the most compelling market with the most opportunities in the world.
