Overall 11 years of work experience in Retail Analytics domain. Started my career with Target Bangalore where I worked in Stores Analytics team for 2 years, majorly working on projects related to Merchandise replenishment, modelling lead time for Backstocking items on shelf etc. Joined dunnhumby as Applied Data Scientist in 2013 working across Customer Engagement & Media workstream for Thailand, Malaysia markets. In Media I carry experience of designing and executing Personalized campaigns for Retailers, CPG's, Customer/channel specific Targeting and developing the Science for enhanced Customer engagement across RetailersI have also worked Onsite in Bangkok, Thailand as Client lead for 1.5 years from 2015-2017 wherein I worked closely with Clubcard, Trade driving and Marketing teams of Tesco Lotus Thailand driving Strategy and performance of quarterly mailers and other personalized campaigns. I moved back to India in late 2017 and started my journey with another vertical in dunnhumby called Customer Insights. Worked with Tesco UK Suppliers Team on Strategic propositions like Customer Journey, Availability, Online Customer Strategy across various Suppliers & CPG’s in Tesco UK I have people Management experience of leading big teams of 15+ Data Scientists at dunnhumby and currently I am leading North America Region as Data Science Manager in Global Media Services Team. My roles and responsibilities include Targeting and measurement of customer campaigns for Retailers, CPG's across North American region clients. Bringing in new Science, Test & Learns to improve customer shopping experience for our Retailer/CPG clients. Additionally driving Strategy, Innovation in developing Media products thereby bringing in efficiency and optimization in Media business. Collaborating with other teams in dh like Research Data Science, Media Products, Media Engineering etc. to bring in best in class Data Science & Solutions to serve clients better I have wide experience of Grocery Retail sector, working across multiple clients & geographies like Asia Pacific, UK, North America recently and handling multiple workstreams like Media, Customer Engagement, Customer Insights, Category Management etc along with having Onsite client experience working directly with Client & Commercial Teams
