I'm a Staff Engineer at Superside, specializing in Front End development. In my role, I chart the course and approach for FE development, offering technical guidance to ensure seamless progress. My focus remains on upholding transparency, quality, and user-friendliness within our Design System and UI library.In my capacity, I also serve as a mentor and guide to both designers and developers across the organization. Responsibilities:- transforming business requirements into the final design and product;- building FE architecture and implementing complex solutions;- designing features and controlling designers' work;- developing and expanding common UI-library and overall user experience;- making a more holistic developer experience through high-quality libraries and clear standards for everyone;- collecting and analyzing product data;- interviewing and mentoring engineers.Achievements:- created a new UI library based on grommet and styled-components;- created CMS for marketing website based on sanity.io;- redesigned and rebuilt marketing website and customer dashboard app;- designed and created scalable forms/survey management engine like google.forms which is used for managing most of the Superside forms: design brief templates, project deliverables, estimation calculators, end of project feedback survey and others;- was leading dashboard app’s team, being responsible for design, product and engineering at the same time;- rebuilt user authentication and onboarding flow;- created estimation calculators system, from the idea to the final look and behavior;- created team’s complex KPI and analytics boards.
