As an Event Planning student, it was invigorating to get a chance to work in an environment that was directly related to my diploma program. While working here, I was able to work in a somewhat managerial position, meet with clients, and help make their event ideas come to life.

In July 2017, I was then hired as a buffet runner the next year, I was promoted to third cook then eventually to the second cook position.Old Mill Toronto has equipped me with valuable lessons that go beyond the kitchen environment such as the value of customer service, exploring my creativity, stress management and adaptability.
