Led Citi consumer bank’s Business Lending, SME and HNI business across 6 key locations.Managed a $ 1 billion AUM, grew the retail bank balance sheet by $220M.

Led the Product & Strategy for the Unsecured lending business operating in a large network of 450 branches in India.

Managed National sales and overall profitability of Prime Lending PL business across 30 cities in India with complete P&L responsibility:Increased prime Personal Loans business by 10X, from Rs 140 cr per annum to Rs. 1378 cr per annum within a span of 3 years.Built a healthy portfolio of Rs. 1760 cr with average yields of 21% resulting in EBITA of 3.1%.

I led the Branch network across Maharashtra (ex-Mumbai) and Goa• Expanded the branch network from 9 to 32 branches, launched consumer finance business in 11 new locations.• Built a strong unsecured lending portfolio of Rs. 375 crs. with an EBITA of Rs. 15 crs.
