As a Mixing Engineer at Yokohama India, I apply my expertise in DWM, TPM, KAIZEN, and QMS to ensure the quality and efficiency of the mixing process for tyre production. I also collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and optimize the mixing equipment and parameters.Before joining Yokohama in June 2022, I worked for Apollo Tyres Ltd for 5.5 years, where I rose from an Engineer to a Team Leader in the mixing department. I led a team of 15 workers, handling the manpower, safety, and 5S aspects of the mixing process. I also contributed to several projects that improved the mixing productivity, quality, and cost.I hold Diploma of Education in Mechanical Engineering Quantum University, respectively. I am passionate about learning new skills and techniques in the tyre industry, and I aim to deliver excellence and innovation in my role. I have multiple skills in problem solving, total quality management, and manufacturing process.
