Hello, this is Vineet Tripathi, a Counseling Psychologist who believes in the power of listening and empathy. I tend to follow an eclectic and person-centered approach to create a safe space for individuals and groups where people can explore their thoughts, express emotions, and begin their self-reflection journey. I believe that every individual has the capability to reach their best potential self. As a person, I love to have the freedom to be any version of myself and do whatever feels natural. In my free time, you can find me traveling, exploring new 'chai ki tapris', reading writing poetry and getting mesmerized by it, getting amused by the sky and clicking endless pictures, cooking, spending time with loved ones, or just simply doing nothing ( which includes gazing the ceiling fan and sunset ).
