My responsibilities includes:• Examining Tender and preparation of Techo-commmercial offer including Compliance statements and solution schematics using Microsoft Visio/ AUTOCAD etc.• Hands-on (On-site) and technical assistance (Off-site) for successful project design and implementation.• Conducting Technical presentation and demonstration as PoCs across the region including UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt etc. for channel partners, government organisations and end users.• Training Partners with solution certifications including the hands on demos. • Handling design, development and troubleshooting of the systems.• Technical assistance in setting up Marketing events, exhibitions, road shows etc.• Technical advice and back up for the Regional Sales Managers for various markets encompassing the above mentioned territories.

Worked as Presales Engineer in Milestone Systems Middle East. The job profile includes :Hands-on and technical assistance in connection with preparation and setting up of exhibitions, events, customer meetings, etc. Technical advice and back-up for the Regional Sales Managers .Presales and after sales support in connection with the development and implementation of solutions at large customers and/or in connection with customized solutions. Contribute to a continuous product training of Milestone partners and distributors. Examine tenders and prepare the technical part of the offer. Provided Milestone Certification trainings in UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa & India.

I was responsible for the business of Sony's Video Surveillance products in South India. My responsibilities included the pre-sales support, technical support, System design as per applicable Security standard policies, Sales and post-sales supports including the channel management primarily. I was also responsible for conducting the demos, training, product orientation sessions for our channel partners, end customer and System integrator.

I was a member of ADT's Security Operation's team where I was responsible for Security (ACS, CCTV, IAS etc.) systems project execution. I got this oppurtunity through campus placement during my engineering grad. During my tenure, I, with my team of engineers, sucssfully executed the projects like Symantec, American Express, Google, Elsevier, Bank of America etc. I was also awarded with the appreciations by Symantec and American Express Global security team for exeptional services, on-time project completion and quality management.My side responsibilities in ADT, India also included the back support to Sales team for Designing the solution and conduct the demos.
