I started as a developer in 2010 in Portogente company which was a big challenge for me because it was my first job. In Portogente I had the chance to learn how the work environment works and I learned how to handle with lots of different situations, considering that the company was a startup and I had to be proactive to achieve the results. In this job I consider a conquest to consolidate myself as a programmer and I realized that I had the conditions to continue in this area of work.After 3 and half years of work at Portogente I left and went to Speedy Officer do Brasil, a company which I had more chances do grow as a professional. I started as a programmer and after only 1 year working at the company I got promoted to a System Analyst which I work in bigger projects such as a back-office system which supports Insurance companies with a bank system called Autocompara from bank Santander and also the Futuritos startup. The most important achievements I got here so far is the improvement of capacity of working in team, lead a team and work directly with external clients, which is a great way to learn how to work directly with people.With more than 7 years working on Speedy Officer, I realized that I need to get some new challenges and I decided to leave the company and search for a new horizon to work. With that said, I changed my whole personal and professional life and I moved from São Paulo state to Santa Catarina and I started to work at Devmagic, a company which is located in Santos that works with professionals from the whole country. There I worked in a project called Vewbie in which I contribute with the development of a streaming platform and supporting clients from many different places from USA. In addition, I contribute a lot to Devmagic's internal process to keep it in a constant growing and, consequently, making myself in a constant professional development.Currently, I'm working on a project from Bloom by IMPACT, which is a Canadian company that hired us and has a project that has the objective to bring an approach to the companies on how their supply chains affect the communities and also provide them ways to positively contribute in the community day by day responsibly and sustainably.
