Responsible for the HR operation in Brazil including hiring, training, leading staff, operational process such as payroll and all the process involving HR activities of 13 branches, implementing and managing new projects always focused in optimizing time and costs.

Responsible for the Sales and Operations processes including hiring, training, leading five members; Control de budget, provide specific marketing actions towards new client’s prospection in the corporate sector; Analysis of market competition, KPIs and endomarketing.

Monitoring the team´s performance trough reports via CRM and performance indicators (Business Intelligence, trend studies, strategic planning, promotional campaign); Promoting the company, its programs and services offered via webinars, seminars, follow ups; Study of quality services and sales channels, focus on quality of client´s consulting; Partnership with education institutions; Lead direct and indirect sales; Training development and deliver; Responsible for representative´s commission and projection; Develop sales and marketing plan manage the student services team and oversee the team’s efforts to handle student issues.
