As a Tech Lead, I've led a team of front-end developers building and maintaining an internal large-scale resource management (admin) web app, vital for many operational and customer relationship teams (CRM). This app streamlines interactions and boosts client support.Starting with the Banking & Credit vertical team, we added banking and credit management features to enhance operations and CRM services.Additionally, I've led the Platform horizontal team. Our role was to provide the foundational services that supported various vertical teams. We unified our codebase into an Nx-driven monorepo, enhancing teamwork and accelerating our development process. This also made our CI faster and more cost-effective.The Platform team also delivered tested, design-aligned core components, handled CI/CD pipelines, optimized app performance, and provided support for vertical teams like Banking & Credit, Risk, and Payments.My toolkit included modern tech like React Admin, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Material UI, Typescript, React Hook Form, Cypress, Vite, Nx and GitHub Actions.But it was not just about tech. I prioritized teamwork, growth, and tangible impact. Regular one-on-ones encouraging open communication, personalized guidance, and collaborative growth plans.Mentoring was a core part of my role. Guiding through challenges, sharing insights, and fostering innovation.
