Responsible for building and delivering strategies to bring new donors and leads to the organization through different channels and tools, such as: petitions, e-books, paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads) social media, affiliate marketing, email marketing, crowdfunding, donation/ecommerce platform (VTEX), other digital campaigns and DRTV (Direct Response TV). In my team I am responsible to coordinate the work of 3 employees: a Lead Generation Analyst, a Digital Marketing Assistant and an Apprentice.Achievements- Responsible for delivering the best monthly digital results in the whole history of the organization in Brazil bringing more than 1,3k new donors to Greenpeace Brazil in just one month. - Responsible for launching a petition to denounce violence against indigenous people that acquired more than 350k leads in less than 5 months using a strategy combining SEO, digital influencers, organic and paid media.

Responsible for the analysis of KPIs of the fundraising department, especially those related to payment methods and for making decisions in order to improve its effectiveness (negotiating bank costs, for instance) and its payment rate to give donors the best experience possible along their journey with MSF Brazil.Achievements- Responsible for the data analysis that convinced banks and other suppliers to reduce the MSF financial expenses in R$ 3 million. That saving gave the opportunity to the organization to send a more amount of money to the projects in order to save people's lives around the globe.

Responsible for planning and executing the digital donor journey: definition and measuring of KPIs, reaching donors and prospects/leads by means of email marketing and crowdfunding as well as social and paid media in order to acquire new donors and retain and develop the existing ones through additional gifts, always analyzing the results on Google Analytics and other tools in order to constantly improve the Return on Investment (ROI). I was also responsible for implementing and managing complex projects such as a Donor Area, a web site fully integrated to a CRM System, where MSF donors could update their data in real time. This Donor Area raised more than R$ 2 million in less than 1 year after its launch and the costs of the project were about R$ 300.000.
