Development of a AI-powered recommendation system to suggest great schedules for tasks in company's labs. Modeled company's labs as a schedulling problem and implemented it as a Markov Decision Process environment. Analyzed data from company's databases and used it to train models using reinforcement learning techniques. Developed a graphical interface app using Streamlit so the model could be easily used by the labs employees.

The objective of the Prep Estudar Fora program is to prepare talented Brazilian students for the application processes of the best universities abroad, at no cost whatsoever to the participants. Every year, we identify students through a rigorous, merit-based selection process (5902 applicants, 51 admitted) to receive free guidance and preparation as they strive towards beginning their undergraduate education outside of Brazil. Participants receive an individual mentor who completed their undergraduate education abroad, virtual and in-person group orientation, 6 hours of counseling with Fundação Estudar’s professional college counselors and enrollment in an online preparation course comprised of detailed videos and homework assignments related to the application process. In addition, we offer need-based scholarships to help students cover the costs of the process (standardized tests, translations, an SAT preparation course, application fees, etc).
