Each collaborator receives training tailored to their sector and role, divided and delivered in stages according to their progress. Their development is monitored through tests and daily work analysis.Sector process design - To implement training, we need to have previously developed solid material to base it on. This is when we map out all the processes of an activity and/or sector, gathering all necessary information. From this, we create a Training and Knowledge Tests (KTs) Book.Project visual identity - This stage is a particular contribution of mine, as I link my involvement and skills from the Communication project to the Monitoring project as well.
