Maintain the local network, hardwares, softwares, and monitor offsite/onsite backup systems. Creation of SQL reports and amend current reports as required. Troubleshoot database errors and develop solutions. Restore backups as required and backup security encryptions. Perform backup and data storage data.

Marisa Store is one of the largest female fashion retailers in Brazil with more than 400 retail stores. As E-commerce Specialist coordinated a multi-channel team, including Google, Facebook, Affiliate, Re-targeting, Email Marketing, B2B, DSP, DMP, Bid Manager, Automated Email (Lifecycle Journey), Comparators, Display and Lead Generation to achieve 80% revenue growth and 20% increase on Convertion Rate for the eCommerce in 2 years. My role included critically analysing key metrics to improve our operational workflows as well as creation, planning and execution of campaigns according to the monthly budget available for each channel's goals and for key dates. I made weekly presentations to company board and directors to demonstrate progress of targets and strategised to continue to meet and exceed these targets.

In this role I was setting up and maintaining tags, event tracking on websites and reporting on social media alerts, handling operations and providing client support. I carried out weekly progress reports to analyse KPI.

Elogia was a start up in 2010, I was working as part of the initial team operating for brands like Privalia and Groupalia to capture new leads and grow the mailing list. In parallel, running performance and commissioned campaigns to increase online presence and drive ROI.

My role in media operations was to create documentation on release of software updates to keep clients up to date on new features. I also developed client specific training and product instruction to ensure new client support and satisfaction with the platform.

I was in traffic media operations, responsibilities were booking advertising campaigns and ensuring delivery and tracking of same. Monitoring inventory and processes to ensure client objectives were met.
