Establishing onshore & offshore global support models.- Overseeing the Application Reliability Operations(ARO) teams from organisation’s functional areas driving the SRE mindset into the ARO organisation partnering with Engineering, Security, Third Parties and Vendors to build, deploy, maintain, support, monitor a complex native and cloud-based application set.- Driving multiple application support teams at a corporate scale to support large number of apps.- Overseeing an organisation’s infrastructure operations as it modernizes and moves to the cloud.- Ensuring teams adapt & adhere to the organisation-wide service policies & support the development of new procedures for Incident (including MIM), Problem, Change, Request Management, etc.- Utilizing ServiceNow to drive ticket, alert reduction efforts across regions and business lines, as also for IT Asset Management.- Supporting cyber security applications along with working knowledge of vulnerability management and patch management operations. - Managing large scale program by advocating and inculcating continual service improvement. Delivering efficiency gains through automation and orchestration. - Managing and directing regular budget activities & financial performance targets.
