I'm responsible for Dashbrand operation. Dashbrand is a Business Intelligence company specialized to get data and transform them into relevant information. My charge is to understand our customer's needs and translate them to our team into practical actions.We work mostly to Agencies and important brands in Brazil and some projects abroad.

I was responsible to act on digital growth in some accounts, as connect and bring analyses unifying operation offline with online. Different than my previous experience, we didn't have anything in digital marketing and we are starting on point zero. We started to create databases, and understand witch available tools we would maintain or eliminate.For each project, we had a big team working for its accomplishment and I was acting too as Scrum Master, coordinating, defining responsible and make the sprint really give value for our client.

At Sunset DDB I've acted in Business Intelligence taking care of all media data for almost all accounts. I was responsible for a team that helped to create controls and methods and patterns for better operation as well as results. Our team was in charge to developed reports, to manage tasks and demands for this unit, analyze campaigns, give elements to Planning Department, and gather to the media team all essential data in order to get the best results on marketing investments.I've created an MVP for J&J joining different brands, different agencies, and budgets to give them a consolidated overview of all actions. It was approved successfully and this project became an important showcase for Sunset and I was responsible to implement with a Technology as my last attribution.It's exciting to see this and other projects that I have designed with my colleagues to continue during years.Main Brands:P&G | J&J | Itaú | Spotify | Accelor Mittal | Nextel | Totvs | Sestini

This almost ten-year experience was pretty significant to my career. Maximpar is a factory that produces fasteners and when I've arrived there, they didn't have a complete ERP. Several challenges, and even more needs. I was responsible to understand operational demands and put them in the software in an easy way. In that time we didn't use to hear about UX, UI, PM, or Sprints. But weekly it was just what I was doing: year by year. I've built, with a team of developers, modules such as Financial, Operations, Sales, Quality Assurance and others. Each new module gave me, even more, a holistic view of companies. Understanding how areas are connected between them and how some action in one sector will impact another.

This was my first professional experience. I was 16 years old with several dreams and thinking I'd find the same kind of journey that my parents have lived before me. My plans were to be the best employee and after 20 or 30 years later become a CEO. Even though my 4 promotions, my plans didn't work as I've presumed, but I can see these meaningful years with so much pride. Detailing my attributions in that time, nowadays, would not profoundly change my profile, but remembering my career with seventeen years old coordinating a seven people team make me glad and right that I've had the privilege to start improving my leadership skills in my first step.
