Our integrated platform empowers sellers to lead with value, managers to coach at scale, leaders to forecast with confidence — and buyers to interact through personalized, content experiences.In my role as a techno functional expert for the integration of Mediafly with the SAP Customer Experience Suite of Products like SAP Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud , I am primarily responsible for the areas of deal support for building demos and key presentations, building solution architecture for customers and prospects, other pre-sales activities such as discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, Proof-Of-Concept development and liaising with SAP CX product teams to support client implementations. Have led demos and discussions with prospects and customers to win new business and support existing accounts.Working with the cross functional teams such as engineering and product management to provide feedback and support the evolution of the product. Working with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups to define business requirements.Responsibilities include leading team members in development of processes, implementing project deliverables with an emphasis on quality and consistency. Leading the requirements analysis, identifying gaps, configure the solution and working with the development team to design, build, test and deliver identified development and integration objects.Participate in the User acceptance testing and Go-Live process with customers.Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.Supporting RFx completion in support of customer proposals.Leading in demo system design, planning, configuration and maintenance with the SAP Suite Experience team to support global Pre-sales demos for the integrated solution of Mediafly and SAP CX
