I was hired to return to Lawrenceville School Crew Team as an assistant coach for their 2014 and 2015 spring training trips to Augusta, GA. Responsibilities included watching over 45 high school aged students, coaching rowing and coxing technique, and supporting the head coach in day to day activities.At the end of the 2015 spring training trip, I was invited to rejoin the team on their trip to the Royal Henley Regatta in the United Kingdom. I had similar responsibilities as before, but with 20 high school student athletes under my supervision for three weeks in England. In addition to coaching on this trip, I also served as the school's local media contact, photographing the trip and keeping parents updated on the team's progress on social media.

As CustomMade's Merchandiser, I worked with the site's artisans to create the company's first catalog of purchase-able items--a shift away from portfolio examples. Using a data driven approach, my team built out and optimized thousands of product pages across key categories. I oversaw a team of freelancers to edit thousands of maker-submitted photos to meet our visual quality standards, and roll those images out across the site. Once the listings were updated, I oversaw the curation of items into highly trafficked galleries.I also oversaw the curation of content to the marketing-focused landing pages on top-level galleries within the browse taxonomy. These images were curated out of the best photos on CustomMade from hundreds of thousands of listings, along with content I photographed myself.As CustomMade's photographer, I created professional product photos for product pages and marketing campaigns. These efforts resulted in a significant increase in transactions both through the holiday season and year over year.
