Interaction with Global teams for Critical Design Reviews in various phases of development cycle.• Collaborating with other cross functional teams for RFQ’s by preparing SOR, DVP&R, and Technical presentations • Extensive hands on A-Class Surface design, Plastic, Sheetmetal, Glass & PU components in CATIA-V5 and creating manufacturing and Layout drawings• Good knowledge on Materials, Testing requirements, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, GD&T, CAE Validation results correlation.• Lead Audit activities for Internal and External Audits for ISO 9001 (QMS)• Ensure adherence to processes, Guidelines and update Process measurables and KPIs.
