Supply Chain Operations Manager
CurrentMaintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.Ensure supply chain functioning properly in order to stock availability in branches, Proper distribution, maintain minimum and maximum stock level, demand planning and reorder level.Ensure all branch managers achieve their sale targets, give them necessary sale data & operational support.Control and monitor area sale managers, medical and consumer delegates field work and progressive sale.Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed and train them.Coordinating with finance team to all finance related issue like accounts payable and accounts receivable, debtor receive, bad debt recover.Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.Conduct monthly inventory audit in branches to ensure and check proper stock position, shortage, theft and damage.Manage data collection for the updating metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
