Present time I am working in RAMCO INDUSTRIES LIMITED (RAMCO GROUP) as Senior Engineer - ELECTRICAL( SECTIONAL HEAD) in maintenance dept. Bihiya Unit, Bihar india since 10 march. 2023. Which is the leading industry of asbestos cement sheets manufacturing of India. Here I am Lead of electrical dept.& with Operations & Maintenance of Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment’s & Machines in power system, automation & control of two plants & also Maintenance of Hydraulics & Pneumatic Equipment’s and Follow-up TPM & 5S , SAP Activities.& also here are my responsibilities which are given blow1 - Preventative maintenance, shutdown & breakdown maintenance of following process automation Plant’s & Utilities equipment’s and also following continuously doing Kaizen for process improvement keeping in mind the environment and safety 2 - Working on PLC Allen Bradley (RS logix 5000) & SCADA based software like RS view studio/Machine Edition version 4.0, RS logic 500, RS Links for smoothly plant operation continuously doing logic improving. 3 – Doing inventory planning for Ethernet communication among PLC & PC including their spares and other equipment’s keeping mind Inventory control & inventory management.4 - To develop SCADA Screens & PLC programs to improve the reliability of the system as well as to reduce down time.5 - PLC controlled DOL, Star-Delta and forward-Reverse Starters operating in Auto/Manual mode6 - Programming and maintenance of PLC Controlled VFDs servo motor operating in both directions with slow and fast speed requirements.7 - Operation and maintenance of weighing system incorporating load cells, summing device and load indicator& also calibrate time to time for Quality Assurance. 8 - Maintenance of HT (11 KV) and LT Panels, 1.25 MVA transformer with AVR and ON LOAD TAP CHANGER SWITCH features, Vacuum Circuit Breakers & Air circuit breaker.9 - Working with various types of sensors like Infrared laser sensors, photo sensors, proximity sensors, level sensors, RTDs & limit switches, level controllers etc.10 - Maintaining Automatic Trolley Handling System (ATHS).11 - Moderate knowledge of hydraulic (power packs), pneumatic system 12- DG set of 1010 KVA & 250 KVA, 7.5 Tons & 5.0 Tons EOT Cranes and Reciprocating & Screw Air Compressors.Email_ vinodkamal7@gmail.comcontect no_ 9453284829
