 As Case Analyst – Analyzing and finalizing the H1B CAP Nominations eligibility for the IBM India employees as well as coordinating with them for the required documents to prepare their application as per the defined guidelines. As Quality Control Executive – Based on my performance as a Case analyst, I was given the responsibility of performing the Initial review of the case files getting submitted from the case management team. I was responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all documents uploaded from the initial case management team are as per the defined guidelines and per the USCIS (USCIS - United States Citizenship & Immigration Services) standards. As a Compliance Analyst (LCA Filing Team member), I was given the responsible to manage the most critical process with in the H1B CAP filing process portfolio.
