*Design a comprehensive insurance program to ensure that all risks are covered appropriately. *Assess, identify, and quantify the various risks associated on a continuous basis. *Interact with Insurance Broker for the design and placement of the insurance program. *Co-ordinate with various internal departments to obtain the necessary information required for the placement on an ongoing basis for any changes. * Ensure that the terms obtained on competitive basis are overall best suited for the business requirements. * Ensure that the insurance coverage is always adequate and continues without any breaks or gap. *Follow-up and obtain the documentation after the placement and verify that everything is as per requirement. *Arrange for endorsement(s) as and when required for any changes in the insurance program. *In case of any loss(es), ensure prompt reporting of the same to the Insurer / Insurance Broker, follow-up with surveyor for survey, co-ordinate for submission of documents to the Surveyor / Insurer, negotiate with them for the early settlement of the claim(s). Further, to ensure a proper system is put in place in this regard. *Claims management by timely action for loss minimization, analyze the actual cause of loss, recover the loss under terms of the insurance policy.

*Review & Streamlining of existing processes for Motor and Non motor business for sales. *Campaign - design, execution, offer & channel management, response tracking / reporting. Responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision & oversight of assigned Program and their Managers including every aspect of the Program Management system. *Tracks the performance of the business across customer segments and channel. Evaluated Product level performance and tracking reports on a monthly basis. Produce weekly summary reports for the program and distribute to the Managers utilizing the Program operations team. *Liaises with the respective channels for feedback, closing of the loop and analysis. *Bench-marking & publishing campaign results & analyzing the same - Recommend Performance Improvement. * Engages with business to scope out /budget / estimate revenue, P&L and feasibility of new initiatives. *Achieve sales numbers across products and execute sales strategy in line with maintaining Top line & Bottom line. *Development of existing manpower which can become capable of taking added/increased responsibilities for the Organization. *Monitoring & Tracking: Activation, retention & new products & need to identify the problem areas adversely affecting on these parameters.* Responsible for overall top line targets for the region by optimal utilization of resources allocated to the region.
