Program Manager
Current● Responsible for end-to-end Program Management. Formulating the program / project road map. Plan the project deliverables, in accordance with the scope, organizational goals, timelines, KPIs and budget.● Involved in pre-sales for medium to large and complex deals. Monitoring and Controlling the project budget and project progress. Taking corrective actions and preventive actions, as necessary.● Executing the projects, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, spend and time. Collaborate with multiple internal & external stakeholders, managing the resources FTEs & contractors, vendors to channel one team culture and ensuring focus of collective team on delivery goals.● Directing employees and giving them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally. Responsible for employee’s performance, appraisals, improvement plans and training.● Generating adequate reporting / dashboards for all stakeholders● Key customers and Delivery Excellence,⮚ Novo Nordisk / SONY India / Philips / Flipkart (2+ Years)⮚ Bank of Nova Scotia (4 Years)⮚ Royal Bank of Canada (1 Year)
