 Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Production planning and control according sales & customer demand.  Capacity planning as per manufacturing plan MRP Plan as per production plan & release in-house production orders.  Material Requirement Planning & Release Purchase Requisition and PO release Coordinate with SCM / Vendors for material availability as per production plan  Handling job work vendors & ensuring on time delivery performance.  Production & Assembly Planning as per Customer Demand.  Consumable, Spare Parts & Packing Material Planning for Direct Production.  Follow up with SCM team, Quality, Job work vendors, Production & Store Department for daily shortages & ensure material availability for Production.  Also coordinate with R&D, Quality, Store, Maintenance department for daily major issues related to production.  Dispatch material as per customer requirement & Dispatch tracking with logistics.  Responsible for On Time Delivery to all customers.  Control material inward from supplier through ASN System, so inventory should under control as per management target.  Monitor RM and FG stock action plan for slow moving / non moving inventory reduction.  Stock reconciliation physical stock vs system stock.  Monitoring production progress, dispatch plan vs actual, critical material status & daily report to management.  Generate work order, material master and BOM, .  Monthly MIS report preparation
