New product development: • Prepare and verify product manufacturing feasibility report (MFR). • Design feasibility and verify the mould design. • APQP documents prepared against Customer requirements. • Trial proving of die and validate and get customer approval. • Reducing in-house and customer end rejection by adopting TQC and TPM methodology. • Prepare and conduct the product audit and process audit. Tool room: • Work allotment planning for milling machine, manual lathe, and tool and cutter machine and operator against of requirement basic. • Designing and developing of the core pin. Fixture, spray head, position gauges and mould parts internally. • Raw material purchasing and following, material grade planned and changing & trial taken successfully. Die Maintenace: • Preparing documents against IATF – 16949:2016 AUDIT.PM plan for DIE maintenance. Spare management, trouble shooting, and handling team management. • Responsible for cost reduction in procurement of Core pins, insert, and other items, as well as checking and verifying inward material from Sub • Contractors in time and quality. • Effectively managing and ensuring the non-stoppage of machine. • Assessing the new suppliers, and taking care of supply and on time delivery. • Development: Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, six sigma, Continuous improvement
