• New Hire set up in ADP and GP (Great Plane) for each employee (end to end process)
• Handling Employees payroll queries and tax queries
• Working on Timesheet Management System by collecting timesheets from Employees and collect timesheet data from client’s timesheet portal and directly interact with Program coordinator and salesperson to keep records.
• Update hours for Payroll process in excel (Recon Sheet) and compile hours on ADP and GP system for payroll process.
• Processing payroll for over 1000 employees on weekly and bi-weekly basis.
• Updated basic rates for all employees when it is necessary and Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
