• Very good recruiting experience, Source, screen, interview and select qualified applicants for various IT requirements• Worked as an IT Recruiter for an US Company.• The main role is to source the candidates resume from the Job Boards like 'Monster', 'Dice', 'Career Builders', 'Tech-fetch' etc.• Responsible for W2, corp-to-corp (C2C) contract negotiations, completing the required documentation.• OPT & CPT students hire.• The requirement is provided to the recruiters and according to the requirement the resumes are searched from the Job Boards.• Then the candidates are recruited over phone and then their resumes are submitted to the Client with all the details.
