Developed the position and then served as Corporate Beverage Director for Vail Resorts, overseeing revenue and beverage programs at the some of the largest ski and destination resorts in the world. While reporting directly to the VP of Mountain Dining, I worked collaboratively with resort F&B Directors and our Procurement managers to help leverage purchases, create core beverage offerings, build signature beverage lists, implement training for up-sell opportunities, enhance merchandising, and ultimately drive growth in the beverage segment; exceeded budgets and grew all segments of our alcohol business for three consecutive years; developed multiple new company standards for alcohol service and training; and expanded safety standards and developed accountability measures around corporate safety expectations.Utilizing project management skills, I designed and introduced company-wide standards for:• Operational reviews• Pricing and costing• Portion controls• Staff training guidelines• Supplier supported bulk buys• Staff incentives• POS screen builds
