• Ensures safety and compliances culture of the operators and staffs • Handling 4 Manufacturing plants - 800+ workers, Executives, Managers and others• Adhere to principles of 5S, good housekeeping in Shop floor• Discuss the Project Operation performance with top management through Daily Management• Implementing & Maintain Internal KANBAN system and card triggering• Drive improvement projects and lead project teams ensuring adherence to time schedule, quality, and cost• Conducting Time study, establish value-added (VA) content and non-value-added (NVA) work content and work to minimize NVA.• Ensure root cause analysis for production, quality issues, drive and lead solving the problems by using RCA tools and technique with a focus to deploy permanent corrective actions• Creating a playbook for standard work to train the floor person and sustain the improvements performed during the project execution• Implementing Continuous improvement initiatives in the Shop-floor and Office, using Lean Manufacturing principles, like 5S+, Standardized Work, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Material flow, etc.• Prepare and Change Shop floor layouts • Conducting time study, method study, cycle time improvement activities and line balancing with TAKT time concept• Interact with the shop floor team members, Identify Kaizen ideas and implement these ideas within specified time• Ensures that all SOPs are adhered and the Unit is not deviating from them at any stage.• Identified the MUDA in process and eliminate by using holistic approach.• Taking new product cycle time, raw material consumption, jig making cost and defined direct operation cost of product and share to Merchandiser & design team • Ensure OTD performance of all Projects• Adherence on time rejection disposal control of non-confirming product. Reducing the daily rejections by reducing the variations in the Process (Major) and supplier (Minor)• Procuring the New Tools, Fixtures, Equipment and Instruments for production with low cost negotiation• Closely working with supplier to resolve supplies issue if having material supply issue from supplier• OEE (Overall equipment Effectiveness) Improvement of Production shop floor• Reducing the setup time through SMED (Single Minute Exchange Die) in Production• Poka Yoke implementing in machining, assembly & testing line• Implementing & maintaining TPM in machining & assembly production• Drive the QSB (Quality System Basics) System in the machining and assembly Production Line• Ensure the IWAY, ISO 9001:2015, EHS & OHSAS required documents during Audit
