Business Technical Analyst
Current Functioning as the Requirements Consultant on new implementation Undertaking the user acceptance testing for newly deployed tools. Furnishing additional inputs for improving the tool interface with the associates and client. Analysing market trend and build competitive knowledge. Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes. Consulting with functional unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access. Identifying opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/ or operational changes. Assessing the feasibility of and developing requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users. Organizing meetings with key stakeholders to discuss issues or defects that may impact requirements. Identifying requirements that are deviations from base product functionality. Ensuring that all customizations are logged, estimated, and tracked according to team guidelines. Working with QA team to recommend solutions for issues found during the implementation lifecycle. Contributing to lessons learned sessions with base product team. Leveraged reusable templates for Development and QA team.
