- Designed & collaborated with a programmer to create Wave Defense, a brand new gamemode that brought PvE gameplay utilizing the existing PvP systems and characters
- Writes lore, short stories, and in-game segments for the games' narrative
- Creates limited time modes for each update cycle
- Works on live service balance changes and feature creation focused on retention & player enjoyment
- Writes, formats, and publishes patch notes for each update
