-Reviews key performance indicators, evaluates current state, proposes future state goals and objectives, and assists in implementation.-Create tools with a focus to positively impact warehouse operation efficiency targets-Leverage data analysis to unlock key continuous improvement and KPI opportunities-Document and define process standards, create SOPs, and other training resources and materials-Conduct randomized audits of outgoing shipments, inventory storage, and various warehouse processes to ensure they consistently follow our quality standards, and sharing feedback with proper teams-Leveraged as a subject matter expert on all things quality to train warehouse teams on processes such as AQL, shipment presentation, and product safety-Perform root cause analysis in various quality reports and provide feedback to warehouse leaders on where teams are excelling and areas of opportunity that have a direct impact on cost, efficiencies, and/or the client experience-Work with cross-functional partners to ensure process and system evolution does not have negative downstream impacts on inventory quality, the client experience, or vendor relationships-Drive network alignment around quality standards and processes to ensure we consistently deliver a seamless and delightful client experience
