As the Talent (HR) Operations leader at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), I lead processes, digital transformation (Technology and Data Analytics), and third-party relationships - including HR Shared Services Operations Delivery - that are pivotal to the transformation of the Talent function.I lead a diverse cross-functional team spread across multiple locations, including India, the Philippines, China, Argentina, and Poland. My team and I support the Digital Transformation programs across all the Talent CoEs, supporting more than 70,000 employees globally. My experience ranges from Human Resources, implementing strategic transformation, and leading large service delivery teams. I have steered the set-up, growth, and management of multimillion-dollar contact centre operations in diverse environments for Fortune 100 clients.My strengths lie in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance, proactive attitude, capability to think out of the box backed by strong analytics skills.I have completed my Executive Program in Digital Transformation from IIM Lucknow.
