I am the Regional Manager of South East Asia and China at Paradigm Foods – a bespoke branded beef exporter. I specialise in sourcing and securing relationships with niche customers to distribute our suite of premium beef brands. I have built deep relationships with my export customers and work closely with them to provide ongoing support. With customer relationships across in China, Singapore, Macao, Thailand and Vietnam, my customers see me as their direct connection to Australia’s beef and I therefore pride myself on understanding the great value our agricultural beef produce can offer in these international markets.

Reporting to general manager, I am responsible for all sales to existing and new business/customers within the designated geographic regions including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Thailand and Vietnam with various product including meat, seafood and dairy.

As an export trader, my role is to deliver the best quality products to my international customers from end to end, including management of key accounts, sourcing fruits/vegetables from farms and wholesale markets, export documentation (sea freight and air freight) and after-sales service. Key Achievements • Account Management: I am handling multiple accounts in different countries (e.g. Hong Kong and Indonesia). With more than 200 airfreight shipments, I achieved over 2.8 million of revenue in 2017 and build up a strong relationship with my customers.• Profit Management: I increased the profitability of my key accounts by over 20% in the first year.• Business Development: In 2017, new accounts opened and new categories developed for the current customers. • Air/Sea Freight Coordination:Scheduling, chasing/checking docs for clearance, invoicing.
