Supplier Management*Drive the stakeholder to fulfill the jobs defined in supplier scorecard and drive for feedback, from TQSCE(Tech,Quality,Supply,Cost,Environment&Ethic) perspective. *Qualify and phase in new vendors .*Lead different levels of supplier assessment- systematic ,process and product specific. *Conduct different level meetings with different counterpart from suppliers with which the output will be a valid executive plan .*Drive systematic Continuous Improvement Project using 6sigma or lean tool to improve quality&reliability ,lead time and pursue win-win cost benefits with appropriate improvement.Technology Industrialization *Get suppliers developed to mitigate the gap between supplier capability and Corporate tech roadmap .*Implement new technology productization and maturity , which includes join new tech verification T-milestone process, and develop suppliers quality control system to make sure of mass production utilization of new tech .Getting consensus among internal stakeholders*Facilitate to get resolution and consensus of supplier caused quality incidents among mutiple parties and managing related supplier claims.Qualified Leading Assessor for NSR and E&E assessment *One of the qualified leading assessors in Nokia both for NSR and E&E.*Coach and facilitator for sourcing phase in & qualifying supplier process. *Leading around 50 times of supplier systematic assessment across categories including PWB,FPC,Memory, Cameras and etc.

*Responsible for the material quality of all the PWB,FPC,all the SMD electrical parts which are mounted on PWB along with packing&printing accessory and manage corresponding suppliers. *Play as the owner to solve quality issues and make a quick decision to move on to prevent production line from stopping.*Mitigate the loss to Nokia operations by getting broad consensus among multiple parties- Production line,Product Program R&D,Sourcing,Suppliers and etc.
